Dir Sir and Madam
Dir Sir and Madam,
I wanted to tell you just how much your Digest RC has helped my husband and me.
We have taken it for two years, and have come to depend on it for regularity.
When we have a worse problem, we take 2 of the yellow DigestaMax, and that give us quick relief. We have always had prompt and good service from them.
Dear Friends
Dear Friends,
I have had IBS for almost 50 years.
Since taking Digest RC any symptoms have became much more manageable. I started by taking 6 tables daily – 2 after each meal.
Now I only need to take after any largest meal of the day.
I thank you for introducing me to Digest RC - I recommend this product for anyone with digestive problems.
Current and Emerging Therapies for Functional Dyspepsia
by R. J. Saad; W. D. Chey, Alimentary Pharmacology & Therapeutics
Summary. Functional dyspepsia represents a heterogeneous group of gastrointestinal disorders marked by the presence of upper abdominal pain or discomfort. Although its precise definition has evolved over the last several decades, this disorder remains shrouded in controversy. The symptoms of functional dyspepsia may overlap with those of other functional bowel disorders including irritable bowel syndrome and non-erosive reflux disease.

Review Article: Abdominal Bloating and Distension in Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders - Epidemiology and Exploration of Possible Mechanisms
by A. Agrawal; P. J. Whorwell; Alimentary Pharmacology & Therapeutics
Summary: A sensation of abdominal bloating, sometimes accompanied by an increase in girth (distension), is one of the most common and most intrusive features of functional bowel disorders.
Abdominal Bloating
Many people are familiar with a feeling of fullness and harsh bursting of the abdominal cavity (clothes too tight - flatulent belly). Flatulence and abdominal pain are the most frequent complaints from the abdominal cavity.
Often abdominal bloating is accompanied by additional symptoms of cramps and painful bowel. Those conditions are often cumbersome, very harsh and difficult to deal with.
Digestion
Digestion of food begins in the mouth (action of digestive enzymes contained in saliva). The food here is shredded and mixed with saliva.
In other sections of the gastrointestinal tract transported food is subjected to complex reactions - first in the stomach, then in the duodenum, then in the intestines.
